Terry Proctor

Terry Proctor has over 30 years of experience in inside sales and sales support, currently serving as an Inside Sales/Renewal Specialist at Alphanumeric Systems since October 2012. In this role, Terry supports an outside account manager in expanding and maintaining a diverse client base across commercial and public sectors, focusing on research, configuration, and processing of client quotes and orders for hardware and software. Previously, Terry worked at Alphanumeric Systems from June 2000 to June 2010 as an Inside Sales Support, managing client relationships and sales operations across a 37-county territory. Terry's career began at ePlus Systems in April 1991, where initial responsibilities included inside sales support and administration management, encompassing pre-sales and post-sales functions, credit and collections, and accounting tasks.
