Matthew Moss

Matthew Moss has a long and varied career in the financial technology industry. Matthew began their career in 1999 as a Technical Writer for Scudder Investments. In 2001, they became a Software Engineer for Dotted Eye Creative and Technical Design, where they specialized in Java and Sybase SQL Server. In 2002, they joined Liquidnet as a Lead Business Analyst, and was promoted to Head of Internal Products in 2007. In 2020, they became the Product Management Director, ITP Digital Strategy & Platform Management, at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Most recently, in 2022, they joined AlphaPoint as the Director of Product, where they are responsible for leading a team of product managers, designers, and business analysts across all business lines.

Matthew Moss attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1990 to 1994, where they earned an AB in English. Matthew then attended New York University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a MA in English Literature and Creative Writing. In 2000, they attended Columbia University and completed a CTA in C++/Java Development. Finally, in 2014, they attended the NYU Stern School of Business and completed an Advanced Management Program.
