Steeven Medina

Steeven Medina has held a variety of IT positions since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were an IT Support Technician at Apoyo Administrativo Empresarial, where they provided support for Aspel Software and programmed using Aspel Software and SQL Server. Steeven then moved to Suzuki Motor of America, Inc., where they held the role of IT Support Technician from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they were an IT Support/Developer at Foragro, where they provided IT support and developed using C# and SQL Server Database. In 2018, they joined INFILE S.A. as a Technical Support Professional, where they provided internal tech support, helpdesk support, and support for web applications. In 2019, they moved to Ericsson as an IT Engineer/Tester, where they were responsible for software application, regression, and functional systems testing. In 2020, they joined Conduent Guatemala as an IT TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER II, where they created and designed test cases for APIs developed on C# and created a collection on Postman for the Rest-API test. Currently, they are a Software QA Engineer at AlphaPoint, where they are responsible for all QA processes and QA Life Cycle for Chivo Wallet App, Web Site, and APIs, and is creating a tests plan for Regression, Exploration, Smoke, and E2E testing.

Steeven Medina is currently studying for a degree in Systems Engineering at Universidad Mariano Galvez de Guatemala, which they began in 2014 and is expected to complete in 2022. Steeven has also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Udemy, LinkedIn, Google Actívate, CertiProf, and more. These certifications include Selenium con Java y Cucumber (obtained in June 2021), Fundamentos del desarrollo web: Full Stack o Front-end (obtained in February 2021), JavaScript 2020: Curso desde Principiante hasta Profesional (obtained in November 2020), Desarrollo de Apps Moviles (obtained in October 2020), Desarrollo de Bases de Datos con SQL Server 70-762 (obtained in January 2020), Programmig for beginners (obtained in November 2018), and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (obtained in August 2020).
