Brad Malcom

Brad Malcom has extensive experience in the field of IT, with over 19 years of work experience. Brad began their career at Earthlink in 2000, where they worked as a Client Services Analyst, providing internal help desk support for Windows and Unix servers. From 2004 to 2008, Brad worked at Leapfrog Services, first as a Support System Analyst, and later as a Client Services Manager. Brad'sresponsibilities included providing server support, managing client relationships, and supervising projects.

In 2008, Brad joined Rock-Tenn Company as a Windows Systems Integration Engineer, where they led the design and deployment of XenApp/XenDesktop. Brad also managed the configuration and deployment of business-critical applications to numerous mobile devices across multiple facilities.

From 2012 to 2015, Brad continued their career as a Senior System Engineer at Rock-Tenn Company, taking on the role of a server administrator for a large number of Windows servers. Brad provided support for various technologies such as SQL, SSRS, and exchange.
