Ricardo Perez has extensive work experience in data analytics and insights. Ricardo currently serves as the Head of Customer Analytics at AlphaStream.io, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Data Analytics and Performance at the same company from June 2021 to November 2022. In 2021, they also worked as a Non-Executive Director at Empower - Be The Change.

Ricardo Perez attended Liverpool International College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Accounting and Finance. In addition to their college education, Ricardo obtained several certifications. In 2013, they achieved Level 2 certification from AAT and also received SQL Training from Microsoft in the same year. In 2014, they obtained Level 4 certification from AAT. Furthermore, Ricardo earned Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications in 2016 from Google.
