Rahul Mathur

Rahul Mathur has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Rahul is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Alphawave Semi. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Avantus from 2021 to 2023. From 2016 to 2021, Rahul was the CFO of Rambus, where they were recognized as the "Best CFO" in the sector. Rahul held the position of SVP Finance at Spansion / Cypress Semiconductor from 2012 to 2016. Rahul also gained experience as the VP of Finance at Picaboo, cdnetworks, and Telesis Technologies. Rahul served as the India CFO at SOMA Networks and as the Senior Director of Finance at NetSuite. Rahul started their career as the Customer Group Controller at KLA-Tencor.

Rahul Mathur holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Applied Mathematics at Dartmouth College from 1991 to 1995, earning an AB degree.
