Yurij Riphyak

Yurij Riphyak is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and product management. Currently serving as Chief Scheduling Officer at Alphie since January 2024, Yurij previously held significant roles at YouTeam from November 2017, including Executive Chairman and CEO, where Yurij was instrumental in establishing and scaling the platform that connects businesses with vetted engineering contractors. Yurij co-founded Cryptohire, an HR platform for the crypto-economy, and has provided mentorship and advisory support to various startups through initiatives like Y Combinator's Startup School and Seedstars. Educational qualifications include a Diploma for Graduates in Economics and a Certificate in Marketing from The London School of Economics, alongside a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Lviv National Medical University.
