Jaime Andres Vera Medina is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and information technology management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Alpina since June 2023, Jaime previously held key roles including Corporate Digital Officer and CIO at Procaps, where strategic direction for digital technology incorporation was provided, significantly enhancing online presence and digital processes. Prior experience at Monomeros Colombo Venezolanos S.A. included responsibilities as CIO, focusing on aligning IT with business processes, and earlier roles included Chief Information Security Officer and Head of IT Operations. Jaime’s educational background encompasses a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad de la Costa CUC and several specialized degrees in marketing and management from prestigious institutions.
