Jennifer Whiteman has a work experience of over 20 years in the banking industry. Jennifer recently worked as the Director of Credit Administration at Midland States Bank since February 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Alpine Bank Illinois, including Chief Credit Officer, Financial Controller, and Credit Manager. In their roles, they were responsible for credit management, finance and accounting team management, interest rate risk management, financial and regulatory reporting, and budget creation and oversight. Jennifer also gained experience in general ledger core conversion and bank charter collapse.
Jennifer Whiteman attended Beloit College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rockford University, graduating in 2000. From 2004 to 2007, Jennifer attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, specializing in Banking. Finally, in 2017 to 2018, they participated in an executive education program at Kellogg.
