Matt Jackson is currently the Talent Lead at Alpine Investors, a people-driven private equity firm. Prior to that, Matt worked at Onex as the Director of Talent Management, focusing on global talent strategy. Matt also served as an Executive Recruiter at Spencer Stuart, specializing in Asset Management & Private Equity. Matt started their career as a Credit Research Associate at Bloomberg LP and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
