Tanner Pattee

Tanner Pattee currently serves as Head of GTM Recruiting at ASG, leading the firm's recruiting efforts for go-to-market teams. With a background in private equity and talent management, Tanner has also been involved in talent initiatives at Alpine Investors since late 2022 and previously held the position of Vice President of Talent at predictis, which merged with ASG in early 2024. Prior experiences include managing talent acquisition at Clutter, where Tanner advanced through roles from Recruiter to Head of Talent Acquisition, and recruiting for various sectors at Career Group Search. Tanner began a career in recruitment at UCLA Career Center and has a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA, currently pursuing further education at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
