Shihoko Pearce

Shihoko Pearce is an accomplished sales professional currently serving as the Head of Sales for SMB Asia and Japan at Zendesk, where innovative customer service solutions are provided to a wide range of brands. In addition, Shihoko holds advisory and general manager roles at alt Inc. Since October 2022, Shihoko has also held the position of Head of Enterprise Sales for APAC at Asana, following a tenure as VP of Sales at Arrow. Previous experience includes roles at Cigna and LinkedIn, where notable achievements included being recognized as a top performer in the APAC region.
