Mahmoud Talaat

Mahmoud Talaat is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical support, social media strategy, customer care, and web development. Currently serving as a Technical Support and QC Engineer for Alqemam since September 2015, Mahmoud has also been a Social Media Specialist and founder of the Hope 4 Ever community, actively engaging in youth and NGO activities. Previous experience includes roles as a Customer Care Representative and Indoor Sales at Dimofinf Ltd. and as a web developer for Free Web Lancer. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Faculty of Computers and Information Systems, complemented by a robust academic foundation in Mathematics and Computer Science from Borg El-Arab Secondary School For Boys.
