Sadie Pollister

Sadie Pollister has extensive experience in retail management and merchandising, currently serving as an Assistant Merchandising Manager at Al's Sporting Goods since August 2020. In this role, Sadie assists with visual displays and analyzes sales reports to optimize product placement. Previous positions include Retail Department Manager, where Sadie managed a team of over 15 employees, coordinated training clinics, and maintained staff schedules, as well as Apparel Department Team Lead, providing guidance and ensuring task completion among team members. Earlier experience includes an Indoor Soccer Supervisor/Outdoor Soccer Referee position at Lindon Parks and Recreation, where Sadie managed facility operations and game schedules. Sadie is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Utah Valley University, building on an Associate’s degree in General Studies.
