Laura Koessler is an experienced laboratory technician with a strong background in microbiology. Currently serving as a principal laboratory technician at Brasserie Meteor since February 2022 and at ALSACE LAIT since September 2018, Laura has developed extensive expertise in laboratory practices. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship at Brasserie Meteor and an internship at Syndicat des Eaux et de l’Assainissement Alsace-Moselle, focusing on microbiological analysis of coliform bacteria. Laura holds a degree from IUT Robert Schuman, completed in 2018.
