Margaux Jacquet

Margaux Jacquet is an experienced professional currently serving as Ingénieur qualité clients and previously as Assistante qualité at ALSACE LAIT since May 2021. Responsibilities include leading hygiene training for staff, conducting hygiene inspections, and managing client and consumer complaints. Prior to this, extensive experience was gained through various internships in quality assurance and research roles, including a focus on food safety and supply chain management. Margaux holds a Master's degree in Chimie verte from the University of Strasbourg and a Master's degree in Management and Administration of Enterprises from IGR-IAE Rennes, bolstered by a solid background in chemistry from earlier educational pursuits. Margaux has also contributed to research projects involving zinc complexes and catalysis during stints at prestigious institutions such as the Institute de chimie in Strasbourg and Université Laval.
