Aisha Alshaya

Aisha Alshaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Alshaya Group since April 2017, Aisha oversees multiple brands including COS, Monki, and & Other Stories across KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. Previous roles at H&M include Area Manager in both UAE and Jordan, as well as Area Visual Merchandiser and Merchandiser for multiple MENA markets. Aisha gained valuable marketing experience at Deloitte Middle East, holding positions from Marketing Assistant to Senior Marketing Associate between August 2014 and December 2016. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & International Business from the American University - Kogod School of Business, completed in 2014, and obtained a High School Diploma from the American School of Kuwait in 2010.
