Paula Georgeu

Paula Georgeu is an experienced professional in talent measurement and assessment, currently serving as Senior Manager Assessment & Frameworks at Alshaya Group since September 2023. Previously, Paula held various managerial positions at Capitec Bank from October 2016 to July 2023, including Manager Talent Solutions & Assessments, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive assessment strategy and ensuring integration across the employee life cycle, as well as managing the assessment team to optimize service delivery.
