Jens Harsem

Jens Harsem has extensive work experience in the field of global infrastructure and SLA management. Jens started their career at Micros Systems in 2004 and held various managerial positions until 2011. Jens then joined Talent2 as a Group IT Manager before transitioning to MICROS-Fidelio as a Regional MIS Manager. In 2014, they became an Architect at MICROS-Fidelio Australia. In 2015, they joined MICROS Systems Inc as a Senior Manager of Cloud Engineering. Jens then worked at Oracle as a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Architecture & Tools Design from 2016 to 2018.
