Christophe ARCHES is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and industrial management within the transportation and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as VP Operations for Rolling Stock & Components at Alstom since January 2022, Christophe oversees operations across more than 65 sites globally, focusing on industrial strategy and process optimization. Prior roles include General Manager at Vossloh Cogifer, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and overseeing significant industrial projects, as well as previous leadership positions at Alstom Transport, including VP of Supplier Quality and Lean Director. With a solid educational background from Arts et Métiers, Christophe has demonstrated expertise in production systems, quality management, and operational efficiency throughout a career spanning over three decades.
