Simona Citarella has extensive experience in industrial management and quality assurance, currently serving as an Industrial Manager and Project Quality Manager at Alstom since July 2019. Prior to this role, Simona held multiple positions at Laminazione Sottile S.p.A. from July 2013 to July 2019, including responsibilities as a Process Area Manager, Process Coordinator, and Quality Engineer, focusing on the management of quality non-conformities and complaint procedures. Simona began their career as an intern in quality management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II' and a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering of Logistics and Production from the same institution, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2017.
