Louis Ialenti

Louis Ialenti is now the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at ALT 5 Sigma, in charge of governance processes, coordinating policy and internal audit, and providing legal advice. Previously, Louis co-founded and served as President of a retail and hospitality group in with global locations. He arrives to the business having spent the last ten years employing his graduate degree in business and law as both a solicitor and academic at the prestigious Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Mr. Ialenti’s legal experience in both criminal and commercial practices has put him at the forefront of compliance and strategic planning. Louis has been engaged by multinational firms to represent their interests in mergers, acquisitions, internal audits, executive consulting and criminal defense.
