Spencer Finch

Spencer Finch is a principal and US East Regional Growth Manager at Alta Planning + Design since January 2022. Previously, Spencer served as a Senior Project Manager and Sustainability Leader at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from April 2013 to January 2022. Prior to that, Spencer was the Director of Sustainable Development for the Pennsylvania Environmental Council from 2006 to 2013 and worked as a Project Manager at Urban Engineers, Inc. from 1997 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Penn State Great Valley, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Cooperative Engineering from Albright College.
