Emery Rheam is an experienced ski patrol professional and outdoor educator with a background in emergency medical response, avalanche mitigation, and leadership training. Currently working at Broken River Ski Club in New Zealand, Emery assists the snow safety director while also serving on a ski patrol team. Previous roles include providing medical response and avalanche mitigation at Alta Ski Area and serving as a trip leader for wilderness backpacking trips through Teton Youth & Family Services. Emery has also contributed to policy research in New Hampshire and Vermont and has experience as a ski instructor and lodge assistant. Emery holds a Bachelor's degree in Earth Science and Public Policy from Dartmouth College and a high school diploma from Jackson Hole Community School.
