Patricia A. Lankenau

Patricia A. Lankenau is a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with extensive experience in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, particularly in senior living. As President and Founder of Lankenau Law Group PLLC since September 2022, Patricia represents clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. In addition, Patricia serves as an Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at AltaClaro, where responsibilities include leading real estate instruction and developing curricula for new attorneys. Previous roles include Partner at Peake Law Group, Member at TATUSKO KENNEDY PC, Project Coordinator for Fairfax County Park Authority, and Of Counsel at Lerch Early & Brewer, among others. Patricia holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA with Highest Distinction in History from the University of Virginia.
