Christina Timberlake

Christina Timberlake is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Currently serving as Manager of Benefits at Washington Gas since October 2022, Christina oversees a team of benefits professionals and contributes to the HR department's vision and mission. Previously, Christina held various roles at Centurion Health, culminating as the Sr. Benefit Specialist/Leave Management and Assistant Manager of HR and Leave Administration, where responsibilities included managing over 23 state contracts for an employee population of 9,000. Christina's earlier experience encompasses administrative support roles in human resources, customer service, and project management across several organizations, complemented by an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Tidewater Community College.
