Jackie Mullen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jackie started their career at Attorney Lawrence Burns in 2001 as a Legal Secretary, where they composed and typed various legal documents and worked on civil, criminal, custody, and divorce cases. In 2002, they worked at Marine Corps Community Services as an Executive Secretary, handling document composition, appointment scheduling, filing, and mail distribution. Jackie then joined Outback Steakhouse in 2004 and held multiple roles including Bartender, Key Employee, Trainer, and Head Wait. In this position, they served and interacted with customers, managed restaurant operations, participated in financial meetings, and organized community charity events. From 2005 to 2010, Jackie worked as a Dental Assistant and Ortho Assistant at Dr. Brian Clark DDS and Associates. Currently, they are employed at Altagrove as a Business Analyst since February 2021 and subsequently promoted to the role of Business Manager in February 2022.

Jackie Mullen earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northern Virginia Community College in 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Anne Arundel Community College from 2004 to 2005 for General Studies and the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2003, also for General Studies. Jackie's secondary education was completed at Connellsville High School, where they graduated in 2001.
