Emmanuel de Dinechin

Emmanuel de Dinechin is a partner at Altai Consulting since August 2003, specializing in strategy consulting, corporate finance, market research, socio-economic research, and program evaluation across Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Additionally, Emmanuel has been a partner at Masae Analytics since January 2015, where the focus is on harnessing location-based and transactional data for various sectors. Since January 2009, Emmanuel has served as a lecturer at Sciences Po. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Monitor Deloitte from September 2000 to November 2002. Emmanuel holds an MBA in Business Administration from HEC Paris and completed the 71st National Session "Politique de Défense" at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale in 2019.
