Gina Delauretis

Gina deLauretis is the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Altair Integrated Services since September 2018. Prior to this, she worked as a Recruiter at PeopleShare and held various roles at Healthcare Partners Consulting and Billing, LLC, Lehigh Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and The Hartford. Gina graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in American History from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018 and is currently pursuing further education at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Lehigh Valley. She is skilled in benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, insurance coordination, and customer service.
