Ani Lputian

Ani Lputian is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving as the EMEA Recruiting Lead and Global Verticals at Altair since January 2021, Ani is responsible for global hiring, pipelining, and employer branding related to data analytics and simulation solutions. Prior to this, Ani held several roles at Harrington Starr from 2016 to 2021, culminating in the position of Managing Recruitment Consultant, where significant accomplishments included being a top biller and leading the Sales Technology Recruitment team across the EMEA region. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Primary English Teacher at Wonderland and a Human Resources Intern position at Kirkland & Ellis. Ani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham.
