Elizabeth Hong has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elizabeth started their career as a Sales Associate at Forever 21 in 2007. Elizabeth then worked as a Keyholder/Visual Merchandiser at Express LLC from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they were a Co-Manager at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh for a short period from July 2011 to November 2011, where they focused on hiring and developing talent for a high-volume outlet store.
Elizabeth then transitioned to EXPRESS as a Co-Brand Manager from November 2011 to October 2013, where they led a sales and visual team, ensuring flawless execution of sales plans and maintaining visual standards.
Elizabeth also had an internship experience at Silver Birches Event/Production in February 2009.
In 2013, Elizabeth joined Pacific IPA as a Credentialing/Quality Improvement Coordinator, responsible for processing and updating physicians' applications and credentialing files to meet compliance requirements.
From January 2015 to June 2016, Elizabeth worked at Network Medical Management. Elizabeth started as a Quality Care Improvement Representative, handling vendor liaisons and compliance with IPA and Health Plan standards. Elizabeth then transitioned to the role of Provider Relations Representative, where they continued to work with contracted providers/vendors and served as a main liaison contact with other departments.
Since July 2018, Elizabeth has been employed at AltaMed Health Services. Elizabeth initially joined as a Provider Network Administrator and later advanced to the position of Senior Provider Network Administrator in October 2021.
From 2007 to 2009, Elizabeth Hong attended FIDM where they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Design and Visual Communications, General.
