Rick Rawson

Rick Rawson has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. rick'smost recent role is as a Senior Recruiter at AltaMed Health Services, where they began in April 2022. Prior to this, Rick worked as a consultant at Hartley & Associates starting in October 2008. rick also held the position of Director of Recruitment at AltaMed Health Services from February 2009 to November 2010.

Before joining AltaMed, Rick was a Recruiting Manager at Tenet Health from April 2005 to January 2008. In this role, they managed the Regional Recruitment & Retention function for 18 hospitals in the California Region. rick collaborated closely with HR directors, recruiters, and hospital management on recruitment and retention strategies, as well as vendor selection and management. Rick's earliest experience in recruitment was as a Recruiter at Ingram Micro, where they worked from 1997 to 2000.

Rick Rawson received their education in journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied in the arts and sciences field from 1975 to 1985.
