Ashwin Srikanth Sridharan, CSM®, is a Technical Program Manager at BYK USA Inc. since March 2022, where management of a $5M control systems upgrade and leadership of a 20-member cross-functional team significantly improved production efficiency and throughput. Ashwin's experience includes serving as a Principal Controls Systems Engineer, developing project estimates and plans, and previously working at Air Liquide as a Controls Systems Specialist, implementing maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial gas facilities. Ashwin's background also features roles as an Applications Programmer at HDR, where programming and commissioning automation systems for water/wastewater treatment projects took place, and as a Predictive Analytics Intern at Air Liquide, developing predictive models to optimize plant operations. Ashwin holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy.
