Stephanie Sievers

Stephanie Sievers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephanie is currently the CEO of AltaOne Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Pink Thinker at Pink Strategies, where they provided consulting and mentoring services to businesses of all types. Stephanie also served as the CEO of Sisseton-Wahpeton Federal Credit Union and Star of Texas Credit Union, where they successfully managed significant assets and implemented strategic initiatives for growth. Stephanie has extensive experience in the credit union industry, having held the CEO position at ANECA Federal Credit Union and ST. JOSEPHS BROADMOOR FEDERAL CREDIT UNION as well. Stephanie's earlier work experience includes teaching positions at Bossier Parish Community College and the Caddo Parish School Board, as well as a teaching graduate assistant role at Louisiana Tech University. Additionally, they worked as a Realtor® at Century 21. Overall, Stephanie's work history showcases their expertise in leadership, financial management, and business growth.

Stephanie Sievers has a diverse education history. Stephanie holds a Credit Risk Analyst (level 2) degree from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Credit Risk Analyst (level 1) degree at the same institution in 2018.

In 2017, Stephanie earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance, with a specialization in General Finance, from the University of Miami. Stephanie also holds a Certificate in Leadership from The Wharton School, which they achieved in 2015. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a degree in Banking from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Stephanie's educational journey began with an M.B.A. in Business from LSU Shreveport, which they earned between 2005 and 2007. In 2003, they obtained an M.S. degree in Exercise Science from Louisiana Tech University. Stephanie also holds a B.S. degree in Health & Physical Education from the same institution, which they completed in 2002.

Stephanie has also gained several additional certifications throughout their career. Stephanie received a Certificate in Corporate Finance and a Certificate in Finance Decisions from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2016. In 2012 and 2013, they obtained various certifications from the CUNA -- Credit Union National Association, including the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME), and Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designations. Furthermore, in 2012, they acquired the Certified Financial Management Specialist and Certified Financial Services Professional (CFSP) certifications from CUNA -- Credit Union National Association.
