Lisa Nelson, MPA, PHR, CSP, has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Assistant Director for HR, Training & Development at AltaPointe Health Systems since January 2009. In this role, Lisa has held various positions, including Manager of Recruiting and Employment and overseeing workers’ compensation and related employee leave programs. Prior to their current position, Lisa worked as a Staffing Coordinator/HR Generalist at Clark Personnel Service Inc and as a Regional Shipping Consultant and Office Manager at Unishippers. Additional experience includes roles at Special Event Services Agency and Iron Age Corporation, encompassing customer service and account management. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration and Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, both from the University of South Alabama.
