Andrew Carpenter

Mr. Carpenter has 15 years public and private equity fund related accounting experience. He joined Altavair L.P. in 2009 and is responsible for accounting, tax and treasury functions including financial reporting, tax compliance and cash management. From 2006 to 2008, he worked for BlackRock Alternative Advisors where he managed the financial and investor reporting process of a US$ 411 million fund of funds. Prior to Blackrock, he worked for Ernst & Young, LLP where he was an auditor on several public clients focused in the aircraft parts manufacturing, aircraft leasing, and retail industries. Mr. Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Financial Economics from University of Redlands.
