Mhloni Innocent Sibiya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mhloni Innocent started their career at African Bank in 2006 as a Sales Consultant, responsible for promoting and selling personal loans and credit cards, as well as handling customer queries. Mhloni Innocent then transitioned to the role of Administrative Consultant, where they were in charge of branch administration, reviewing loan and credit card applications, and overseeing petty cash and branch security. In 2014, they joined Transaction Capital Recoveries as a Debt Collector. After three years, they moved to Mr Price Group as a Trace Agent, working on tracing and recovering outstanding debts. Currently, since 2019, Mhloni has been working at Netstar. Mhloni Innocent started as a Customer Service Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Pre Legal Credit Controller. Overall, they have gained experience in customer service, debt collection, credit control, and administrative roles throughout their career.
