Clémentine Bouquier

Clémentine Bouquier has worked in the Human Resources field for the past 10 years. Clémentine has served as an HR Manager for Alteia since 2020, providing advice on HR strategic choices, developing HR policies and procedures, advising management on employee relations, conducting HR communications, providing support to employees, overseeing recruitment, building and deploying training plans, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring employees understand and comply with company values, and handling labour relations. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Manager for Delair-Tech from 2016 to 2020, and as a Responsible for Human Resources for Groupe RMP from 2010 to 2016.
