Hari Lakshminarayanan is an experienced engineering leader with a focus on digital technology and artificial intelligence/machine learning. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ALTEN Global Technologies, Hari has driven digital transformation initiatives and engineering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experiences across various domains, including industrial IoT, cloud migration, and data analytics. Previous roles include leadership positions in AI/ML at Accord Software & Systems, where Hari led design and development projects, strategic account management for aerospace industry clients, and project management for numerous technical initiatives. Hari holds a Master of Science in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from PES University.
