Shardul Badare

Shardul Badare is an Associate Engineer at ALTEN India, having joined the company in November 2022 after serving as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Prior experience includes a role as a Trainee at Vipula Creative Technologies Pvt Ltd, where Shardul gained knowledge of technical standards such as ATA 100, iSpec 2100, iSpec 2200, and s1000D. Additionally, Shardul completed MRO training with Deccan Charters Private Limited, assisting with Cessna Grand Caravan 208B aircraft. Shardul holds a Basic AME Course degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Institute of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Aurangabad, completed in June 2022, along with an AME 147 basic course in Mechanical from the same institute.
