Elhoucine El Alaoui has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Manager Technical at ClientLogic. Elhoucine then worked at Sitel as a Senior Trainer and later as a Coordinator for Training & Quality. Elhoucine also has experience as a Consultant in HR Development at Access Academy, where they contributed to recruitment and implemented training programs. El Alaoui then joined Access TéléServices as the Responsible for Training and HR Development. Elhoucine'smost recent role was at DXC Technology Morocco, where they were involved in HR Development, overseeing processes related to training, recruitment, mobility, and budget management. Currently, they hold the position of Industry Engineering Business Unit Director at ALTEN MAROC.

Elhoucine El Alaoui's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Université Mohamed V for two years, studying Applied Mathematics. After a break, they resumed their studies in 2008 at Ecole Supérieure de Management, d'Informatique et de Télécom, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Elhoucine completed this degree in 2011, and in 2012, they enrolled at Faculté Des Sciences Juridiques, Economiques Et Sociales - Université Mohammed V Souissi for a higher diploma in Marketing and Commercial Management. Elhoucine successfully earned this diploma in 2014.
