Joanne Ferris

Joanne Ferris is Chief Human Resources Officer at Alter Domus.

Joanne started at Alter Domus in September 2019, and has more than 20 years of experience with leading, global organisations. She is responsible for Alter Domus’ human resources’ departments across the globe and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Joanne is also a member of the Group Executive Board.

Prior to joining Alter Domus, Joanne joins Alter Domus from Babylon Health, a young health-tech organisation with a mission to make health care affordable and accessible to the planet. Prior to this, she was the Interim Group HR Director for easyJet and Group Director for People, Culture and Communications at Primark. She has also held the position of Head of Human Resources, Customers and Distribution at Allied Irish Banks.

Originally from Australia, Joanne is a graduate from the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney in Mathematics, Science and Psychology.
