Siddharth Dhankhar

Siddharth is a venture capitalist and brings his deep expertise in the Indian startup ecosystem to investments at Alter. He is deeply interested in the use of technology in helping to drive efficiencies, reduce costs and enhance inclusion in consumer markets.

Previously, Siddharth was part of the investments team at Orios Venture Partners, evaluating sector-agnostic early-stage opportunities. Siddharth also has operational experience in the fintech space and was heading core projects at Catalyst, a USAID-funded digital payments initiative by FHI360, housed in IFMR. Prior to that, Siddharth worked at Snapdeal, the e-commerce unicorn, where he was responsible for building strategic partnerships and initiatives. He has also had stints with Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Gurgaon Police, and NTPC.

Siddharth holds a Master's in Economics and a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.
