Margarita Spasskaia is an experienced mental health professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the East-European Psychoanalytical Institute and extensive training in various therapeutic modalities. As the Founder and Product Manager of Capybara Bot, Margarita has developed an innovative psychological assistant bot aimed at promoting self-compassion. Margarita serves as the Clinical Department Mentor and Consulting Psychologist at Alter, a leading e-mental health platform in Russia, and operates as an independent entrepreneur, providing mental health support to over 250 clients. Additionally, Margarita has contributed to autism support initiatives as Product Manager for an early-stage startup and has held several educational roles in e-mental health.
