Olga Kitaina

Olga Kitaina is a Co-Founder and CEO of Alter, a service dedicated to connecting individuals with credentialed psychotherapists, which has been operational since June 2017 primarily within the Russian-speaking market. In addition to this role, Olga has been a practicing psychologist and coach since September 2014, specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and positive psychology. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Coordinator at FORMATTA from September 2013 to December 2014. Olga Kitaina is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and has completed various postgraduate programs in psychology and coaching from esteemed institutions, including INSEAD and multiple organizations in Moscow, further enhancing expertise in the field.
