Madelene Stolpe

Madelene Stolpe was appointed Senior Vice President Business Improvement in June 2021. Previously she held the role as our CIO, a position she has had since joining the company in 2019. Before joining Altera, Ms Stolpe worked for the City of Oslo as Head of Strategy, focusing on digitalization, improvement processes and business management. Ms Stolpe has a master degree in pedagogics and social science in addition to degrees in both communication, leadership and innovation.
