Benoît VALLETTE d'OSIA

Benoît VALLETTE d'OSIA has a diverse work experience in various companies. Benoît is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Altereo, where they manage the technical team, allocates resources, and supports developers in their skills development. Benoît also participates in the company's innovation strategy and works closely with management to design the long-term roadmap.

Prior to their current role, Benoît worked as an Agile Architect & Project Manager at Illuin Technology from 2018 to 2020. Benoît was responsible for overseeing digital transformation projects, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating communication with stakeholders.

From 2015 to 2020, Benoît served as a Coach at the Paris Digital Lab, where they helped students prepare for the Digital Tech Year program and supervised their project development.

In 2017, Benoît worked as the Director of the S.I. Transformation Program at ITS GROUP S.A., where they led the transformation of the company's IT system through key projects.

Before that, they worked at ST Groupe as a Technical Director for Alstom. Benoît played an instrumental role in creating and launching the Agile App Factory, a development facility to replace Lotus Notes applications. Benoît also implemented modern development methodologies, frameworks, and tools, and trained developers and product owners.

Benoît started their career as an Engineer in Studies and Development at Sogeti from 2005 to 2007.

Benoît VALLETTE d'OSIA has a strong education background in the field of computer science. Benoît began their education at IUT Informatique Nice Côte d'azur, where they obtained a DUT Informatique (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) with a specialization in génie informatique (computer engineering). Benoît attended this institution from 2000 to 2002.

Following their time at IUT, Benoît pursued further education at Polytech'Nice-Sophia, where they earned a degree in Systems and Distributed Applications (Systèmes et applications réparties) as an Ingénieur. Benoît studied at Polytech'Nice-Sophia from 2002 to 2005.

Continuing their education at Polytech'Nice-Sophia, Benoît obtained a Master's degree in Research (Master Recherche) in the field of Networks and Distributed Systems (Réseaux et systèmes distribués) from 2004 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Benoît VALLETTE d'OSIA has also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in November 2010. This certification showcases their expertise in Agile project management methodologies.
