Burcu Alptekin

Burcu Alptekin has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, and Project Engineering. Burcu began their career in 2006 as a Junior Project Engineer at TEKNİK YAPI. In 2008, they started working as a Technical Training Specialist at ODE YALITIM A.S. and as a Lecturer at Yildiz Technical University. In 2013, they joined Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. (Filli Boya - Fawori - Alligator - Alsecco) as a Senior Training and Development Specialist. In 2017, they moved to İnnova Bilişim as a Senior Specialist, Performance, Reward & Organizational Development. In 2018, they joined Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu as an HR Organizational Development Senior Specialist. In 2020, they began working at Alterna CX as the Head of Human Resources and later as the Human Resources Manager.

Burcu Alptekin's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kocaeli University, which they obtained with Honors between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Işık Üniversitesi from 2000 to 2004 on a full scholarship, studying Mathematics. Burcu's education began at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi from 1995 to 2000.
