Can Ates began their career in 2016 as a N.B.U.Y. Programı at Bilge Adam. In 2017, they moved to Kalderasoft as a Full Stack Developer. In 2019, they joined Alterna CX as a Support & Implementation Team Lead and Integration Developer.

Can Ates obtained a Bachelor's Degree in an unspecified field from Kocaeli University in 2016. Can then obtained three certifications, a Bilge Adam Katılım Sertifikası - Yazılım Geliştirici, a Microsoft Certified Professional, and a Microsoft Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3. Can is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering (MSc) at Beykent University. Can also has an EF Education First Quick English Check Advanced/Proficient (CEFR C1/C2) certification.
