Engin Girişgen

Engin Girişgen has over 14 years of professional experience in customer success, pricing, integrated products, CRM, management consulting, and advisory/audit roles. In 2017, they joined Alterna CX as a Customer Success Director, where they led Success Managers in engaging with dozens of enterprise level clients and provided consulting on Voice of Customer programs. Engin also managed client retention and uncovered upsell/cross-sell opportunities. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Turk Telekom as a Pricing Manager, Integrated Products Manager, and Customer Lifecycle Manager. From 2012 to 2013, they were the CRM Department Manager at Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. (Filli Boya - Fawori - Alligator - Alsecco). From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Management Consultant at Peppers & Rogers Group. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Advisory/Audit Associate at KPMG Türkiye.

Engin Girişgen obtained a High School Diploma in Science from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi in 2002. Engin then went on to pursue a B.Sc. in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, which they completed in 2006. In 2013, they obtained the Intro to Computer Science certification from Udacity.
